POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator supports the PMO Director by executing protocols for project issues, risks, scope, time management, and the quality management process. Defines the priority and risks for project issues and sets guidelines, quality standards and measures on project deliverables.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

Facilitates intake process.
Facilitates meetings with key project resources/project managers to review open issues.
Ensures all issues are assigned an owner and a due date.
Supports issue tracking and reporting activities.
Monitors the issue reporting database to ensure overall compliance with issue tracking processes.
Supports project teams in resolving outstanding issue items in a timely manner.
Escalates issues to leadership as appropriate.
Supports Project Managers in identifying potential project risks and tracking appropriate risk mitigation activities.
Coordinates with Project Manager regarding potential scope changes, milestone status and reporting.
Reviews scope change requests for accuracy and completeness.
Maintains Change Control Log.
Facilitates the scope management review process by preparing necessary documentation.
Coordinates scope change impact with Financial Analyst for appropriate budget updates.
Develops quality management guidelines and standards for project deliverables.
Completes and executes Quality Review Checklists.
Performs monthly quality assurance audits.
Calculates and report on quarterly project success rates.
Implements tools such as the customer feedback survey and review gates to facilitate quality management.
Generates reports for the Manager and Director of the PMO as well as Senior Leadership
Assist Project Managers with meeting agendas, minutes and status reports.

Bachelor’s degree or approved combination of education and experience in healthcare, business administration or a related field.
A working knowledge of project management.
Prior experience facilitating a project.
Strong meeting facilitation, presentation and problem solving skills.
Basic understanding of the healthcare industry.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Prior experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while producing timely, high quality deliverables.
Independent, self-starter attitude with the ability to complete project tasks in a timely manner with little supervision or direction.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
Collaborative working style and ability to develop/sustain productive work relationships.

Prior experience within a Project Management Office.
Three (3) years of experience in organization/project management or equivalent experience.
Prior experience with project management processes and tools.
This position is located in Lancaster, PA.
