Job Summary:
This position will administer test proctoring at the Columbia College-Fort Worth location for online students, working on an as needed basis.
Schedule tests and perform student information maintenance if necessary. This may include such things as: notification to students, tracking student attendance, performing faculty follow up and maintaining test documentation
Coordinate testing set-up and maintain orderly appearance of testing facility
Administer scheduled tests in an orderly manner, maintaining confidentiality of student identification numbers and exam passwords
Communicate testing requirements to test students, ensuring academic integrity of exam administration
Address academic integrity observations with students, reporting anomalies to campus staff as instructed
Responsible for maintaining security of testing environment, ensuring minimal disruptions to testers

Minimum Qualifications:
B.S or B.A. or above

Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, knowledge of basic server/networking skills, computer troubleshooting, etc.
