CSR intern to help the customer service team with performing tasks that have increased in frequency.

Process warranty claims submitted by dealers and ensure accuracy on claims information in order to process credit
Product asset registration review and adjudication.
Review international shipping paperwork to ensure completeness and upload documents to SharePoint per document retention policy.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required in a business-related field such as Business, Communications, or Operations.
1-2 years in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
Strong ability to interface with other departments and teams in a professional and cooperative manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel intermediate level and Power Point).
Must be detail-oriented, a team player and proficient in both verbal and written communication.
