The Office Services Clerk performs clerical tasks aimed at supporting our Business Units and internal departments by providing help with their daily print, mail, document assembly, and engraving needs, as well as other clerical administrative support as needed, like printing and mailing of all daily DMC notices and certificate mailings both at the Itasca headquarters and at the Roselle Distribution Center.


Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
Operates standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, shredders, wire-o binders)
Operates mailroom production equipment: inkjet printer, folder, inserter, and tabletop mailroom equipment
Mails and ships via USPS and UPS, creating shipping records and applying the correct postage
Sets up, monitors, and adjusts high speed production imaging equipment (copiers, inkjet printers)
Sorts and prepares documents for imaging
Accesses shared network drive to retrieve daily DMC data files, and generates daily print runs for DMC notices and certificates
Accesses CRM to export invoice daily run, as well as engraving information for awards program for both paper certificates and plaques. Operates engraver and assembles and packs plaques
Working closely with Purchasing and business units, assembles and prints training materials using binders, tabs, and/or wire-o materials
Interacts with shipping and courier external contacts: UPS, FedEx, and delivery personnel
Keeps copier stations throughout the building stocked with paper and toner. Troubleshoots paper jams as needed. Places service calls when issues require manufacturers on-site support

Minimum 2 year's relevant work experience.
Mail Clerk/Shipping experience: Any experience packaging, labeling parcels for shipment. Tracking packages, sorting/distributing mail throughout the facility
Excellent customer service skills- Ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
Strong computer & data entry skills are required: Experience with Microsoft Office is required (Excel, Word). Experience with document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat is preferred. CRM knowledge is desirable.
Must have knowledge of document imaging/scanning hardware and software.
