The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) function is to increase product sales and placement at all off premise store locations within an assigned territory. The primary role of the ISM is to provide exceptional service to all customers while increasing visibility and brand penetration through the aide of sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MANAGEMENT

Manage all Red Bull products and accounts through 100% execution to defined call frequencies

Resolve problems, maintain accurate call records and follow up on all orders

Develop new account relationships within their markets

Determine current and ongoing product and POS needs to increase sales brand visibility

Utilize all RBDC sales tools and provide ASM’s with clear communication of executional activities

EXECUTION

Develop plan to execute all daily account calls tracking results and next call account targets

Drive in store execution by hitting monthly KPI targets, call frequencies and hit rates

Increase Quality Points of Distribution (QPODs) in-store and follow up on account level execution

Evaluate and communicate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions

Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI‘s) focused on areas such as: sales, distribution, displays, email marketing, sales effectiveness and others

Build and protect the Red Bull brand

Bring energy and a “Can Do” attitude everyday

BUILDING SUCCESS

Collaborate with members of RBDC distribution teams to develop and execute programs.

Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group

Build a world class Tell/Tech Sell program by providing field data and insights to improve process and routine to drive results

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Employee is regularly required to use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.

Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

TRAVEL

Minimal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good mathematical skills

Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities

Excellent overall computer skills and familiarity with a variety of tools

Prior sales experience preferred; Inside sales experience a plus

Strong track record of success

Thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business
