The Insight team provides expertise and HR consulting services to the Human Capital Solutions division for OneDigital Boston. This merger supports OneDigital’s strategy of expanding the company’s national platform to include complementary lines of businesses.
We are currently looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Client Services Team in either our Beverly or Dedham location. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position, with some day time travel required to client sites.
Client relationship management in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner; delight client with expectations, process, deliverables and service
Ensures all deliverables are met on a timely and quality basis according to Insight Quality Standards
Creating/updating client handbooks and acting as the first line of defense in response to client HR questions and requests
Client benefits administration, intranet benefits portal set up and maintenance, new hire orientation and benefits compliance
Assist with regular client trainings, webinars, whitepapers, alerts, blogs, etc. on a monthly basis
Actively promote cross sell/up sell opportunities with client base
Leverage time and team resources to meet target utilization and realization rates as defined by Insight
Assist with new business efforts by attending networking events, etc.
Retainer and/or project budget management for each client on a monthly and ongoing basis
Provide new clients with engagement materials; ensure clear communication to client on services included in the original contract and prepare and deliver additional service agreements prior to commencement of new work
Manage monthly client billing ensuring accurate time and expenses are tracked and recorded; review monthly invoices for accuracy prior to delivery
Actively participate in Insight culture, initiatives, and meetings providing ideas, expertise and open feedback in the process
Ability to proactively research HR general business trends and practices; share with the team and our Best Practices Library
Lead or participate in internal project work such as surveys, trade shows, newsletters, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Qualification and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree including 5 – 10 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably in a small business and/or start-up environment
Proven success with employee relations and development situations
Experience in overseeing annual compensation and performance management processes
Technical expertise in all areas of human resource management, including facilitation with human resource compliance
Knowledgeable with general employment laws and practices across the United States
Prior consulting experience a plus; proven ability to retain clients and deliver results
Flexibility and multi-tasking; ability to undertake several tasks simultaneously and manage them effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and effective in explaining concepts and situations to employees at all levels
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish work objectives
Attention to detail, pride in quality work and the ability to work as part of a team is a must
Ability to travel to local client locations
