Talent Acquisition Manager

Due to the impressive growth of our franchise network, we are bringing on board a Talent Acquisition Manager to help further elevate our recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Talent Partners in achieving staffing goals while providing consultative recruitment support to your own high growth clients.

The successful candidate will enjoy:
Providing coaching to our Managing Directors on best practices in growing their talent capabilities and capacity
Establishing innovative recruitment strategies to fuel high volume staffing efforts
Supervising a team of Talent Partners on day-to-day operations while collecting data and providing analysis on pipeline and team effectiveness
Partnering with Managing Directors to understand their business and staffing requirements in order to ensure that the highest quality candidates are presented in the most time effective manner.
Inspire a team of Talent Partners, who are responsible for building talent pipelines and managing hiring processes throughout our national franchise network
Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, providing ongoing advice regarding networking and talent acquisition practices
Develop recruitment strategies, both locally and nationally, which leverage networking, social media, direct sourcing techniques, alumni organizations
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process
Provide input, recommendations and feedback to management regarding changes or enhancements to the talent acquisition process and related activities
Develop position descriptions and postings that best reflect job opportunities
Maximize applicant tracking system (iCIMS) capabilities to gain efficiencies and improved reporting
Manage advertising budget and leverage job posting effectiveness
Additional projects as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
A minimum of seven years related management experience, start-up environment highly desirable
Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience, accounting or professional services industry preferred
Must reside in either Pacific or Mountain time zone in order to best serve western region clients
A passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
Strong influence management skills and experience in providing consultation to Business Owners, Managing Directors, and Hiring Managers in regard to capacity planning, candidate selection, succession planning, and employee retention
Success in growing talent pipeline through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels
Demonstrated experience in driving team effectiveness through ATS data analytics and pipeline analysis
Superior written communication skills and strong client relations orientation
Enthusiastic team player who can thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment
