The Intensive Outpatient Program Coordinator (LCSW) is responsible for developing, implementing, and clinically managing the Intensive Out-Patient Program. Provides psychosocial assessment, group, individual, and family therapy as per the program schedule and as needed. Coordinates admission screening, admission, and physician assessments. Serves as liaison between inpatient and IOP level of care as well as community agencies to ensure an appropriate continuum of care. Develops, coordinates, implements, and regularly reviews treatment plans with treatment team. Provides case management/discharge planning services to ensure identified needs are addressed. Maintains records of treatment and ensures services are accurately billed. Provides intern supervision as needed. Monitors program regularly to ensure regulatory compliance and performs quality audits leading to action plans resulting in continuous quality improvement.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Current/active Florida LCSW license required
A minimum of one (1) year of psychiatric experience required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good organizational, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and communication skills in a detail-oriented manner, customer-focused organization are required. Basic computer skills are required.
