Shine Consulting Group has been experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a talented individual to drive our customer service outreach program. This role is critical because it is our customer’s first impression of Shine Consulting Group.
Establish strong person to person relationships with customers.
Work closely with our Operations team and understand the complete installation process from beginning to end.
Answer customer questions via phone, email, or social media.
Follow up with New and Past customers to drive referrals and help close new business.
Inform customers of the details and specifications on their project.
Work closely with sales department to review client requirements.
