The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for directing ServiceNow implementations and leading solution design activities within the ServiceNow platform team. The ServiceNow Architect will be the most senior design authority and ServiceNow expert on the team creating solutions for customers and assisting management with road mapping activities.

Responsibilities

Architect technical solutions within ServiceNow to improve overall customer experience
Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow Engineers
Facilitate process improvement design sessions within the team.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and product roadmap in order to maintain an effective organizational roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
Design effective Service Portal solutions to enhance customer experience
Design robust ServiceNow mobile solutions for Patterson employees
Drive the continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies
Lead an effort to mature Configuration Management to a new level including the implementation of Discovery and Service Mapping
Drive effective use of the Orchestration product to drive efficiencies for our customers through automation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences, or area of functional responsibility or equivalent combination of education and work experience
At least 5 years design and development experience with ServiceNow
Highly skilled technical expert who possesses strong leadership and project skills to deliver technical solutions for the IT and Non-IT customer (e.g. Compliance, HR, Security Operations, Customer Support).
Strong CMDB technical and process knowledge including Discovery
Business Service mapping experience
Integration experience with: LDAP, SCCM, SCOM
Expertise with Orchestration and automation workflow
Excellent knowledge of web languages: JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow APIs
Strong process background specifically within the ITSM domain
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL V3 Certification
Experience with the following modules: GRC, CSM, Sec-Ops, ITOM, HR
Service Portal implementation experience
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics
Asset Management and MS Azure experience is a plus
Solid understanding of Knowledge module and use within ServiceNow
