A Retail Associate Manager delivers exceptional customer experience and services by assisting with managing, leading, coaching, and developing the store team.
Assist RSM to recruits, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team
Performs and provides consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours
Knowledgeable of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile standards and technology
Assist RSM in ensuring audit-compliant based according to standards
Assist RSM in ensuring effective and efficient store operations
Assist RSM in implementing the company's processes and procedures
Must be available to meet the needs of retail business hours
High school diploma or GED and 2years of retail experience
Associates degree and 2 years of retail experience
Consultative sales and sales management experience
Consumer technology retail environment
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work varied shifts and weekend
