OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our global team and work full time at our Cleveland Headquarters. This role will be heavily involved in the completion and distribution of periodic client level order and revenue reporting internally and externally. Also, this role will provide exposure and opportunities to learn and complete more traditional FP&A tasks, including financial modeling, market research, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, etc. Attention to detail and the ability to meeting deliverables timely and independently will be a necessity to succeed in this role. Comfort working with substantial amounts of data and using MS Office products (especially Excel) are strongly preferred

As a Junior Financial Analyst at Dwellworks, you will have the opportunity to work with all facets of the business. Day to day work will involve heavy communications with the sales and operations teams to assist with existing and new reporting requirements. You will be able to work on projects that impact the entire organization.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Complete, analyze and distribute multiple customer/business periodic reports
Run adhoc report requests by scheduled deadline
Provide reporting and data analysis on a project by project basis
Develop new reporting requirements based on requests
Perform research as necessary
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Your Experience & Education (Required)
1-3 years of experience as a finance, revenue or business analyst
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
Your Experience (Preferred)
Advanced used of MS Excel
Some knowledge in PowerBI
Your Additional Skills and Abilities
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Comfortable manipulating and analyzing large sets of data
Able to handle confidential information and meet reporting deadlines
Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate in a constructive and professional manner
Attention to detail and strong organization skills
Works effectively with others in a collaborative team environment
Manages work assignments to meet deadlines
