We are seeking Seasonal Associates to join our team for a temporary period. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support during our peak season.
Duties
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Support the store team in meeting sales goals
- Supervise and train new staff members as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with operating a cash register is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 28 per week
