We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team who is a jack of all trades. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our office.
## Responsibilities
- Call, schedule, and fit patients with orthopedic equipment
- Manage and supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative employees
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle relationships and negotiate insurance contracts
- Order inventory
- Maintain organized filing systems for important company documents
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties
- Uphold office policies and procedures to ensure a well-functioning work environment
## Qualifications
- Willing to become a certified orthotic fitter
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
