Company Location: Itasca, IL

Title: Product/Business Performance Specialist

Full-Time Position: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation: (Based on job experience and qualifications)

Product/Business Performance Responsibilities

  • Analyze key Product Performance metrics to root cause performance issues and drive change
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate to improve key Product Performance metrics
  • Create strategic process improvement reports by analyzing large amounts of data and provide data driven recommendations to reduce bottlenecks across the supply chain to increase product margins and reduce service issue/return
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes to make our team and our suppliers more efficient and effective
  • Work cross functionally with groups company-wide, including Account Executive Team, Vendor Quality Control, Logistics and Transportation, and Customer Service
  • Drive supplier adoption of key tools and technology to improve quality control efficiency
  • Analyzed new products to ensure that the user experience/review is aligned with brand standards
  • Performed back end quality assurance for past, present, and future products using SQL, HTML, and XML technologies
  • Use Excel and SQL technologies to analyze data for all products
  • Assist with picking orders & finding new location of parts
  • Assist finding the correct parts
  • Update parts inventory list daily
  • Organize warehouse parts location and create transfer orders for parts
  • Order parts list to factory
  • Open and Check the items inside the box when requested from teams
  • Creating daily open box list

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Intermediate MS Excel (Vlook-up function, sorting and filtering data)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Drop Shipping system knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to assemble furniture/ good with hand tools
