As a Forms Procurement Specialist, you will support the branch in managing billing operations for the branch.

Specifically, the Forms Procurement Specialist will:
  • Obtain and manage forms required for compliance and billing for all patients
  • Audit and update clinical records to support path to payment for ongoing therapies
  • Manage branch unbilled reports and assist internal clients in proper claims resolution
  • Coordinate requests for patient medical records by internal or external customers
  • Serve as secondary point of contact for records management in branch
  • File, fax, and scan medical documents to appropriate departments
This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with an opportunity for over-time as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two years administrative experience.
  • Minimum two years experience in customer service.
  • Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the home health or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with medical terminology.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
