Hiring Incentive of $2000 (paid quarterly with eligibility requirements)

Swing shift differential of $1.00 per hour (included in hourly rate posted)

What you will be doing:
- Various duties in a warehouse environment including, but not limited to,
- Order selecting
-
Receiving, unloading trucks
-
Shipping, Loading
-
Operating equipment; forklift and pallet jack
-
RF guns for order selection
-
Palletizing product for transit
Helpful skills to have, not required:
-
6 months to 1-year experience in warehouse work, production, order selection, receiving, shipping, building pallet of products, shrink wrap pallets, preferred but not required.

Experience with safety procedures in a warehouse environment
-
Forklift, pallet jack experience, preferred but not required.

You will be expected to:
-
Be able to reach, lift, stack, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to 50 lbs.
-
Regularly sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
-
Have the ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and turn in a safe manner.

Exhibit manual dexterity and good hand/eye coordination while learning to move freight.
-
Work in a freezer and refrigerated environments.
-
Physical agility and drug screen required

Background check required
-
Basic Math logistics test required at interview

Must be 18 years of age or older
Transparency:

This is an active warehouse environment with foot and equipment traffic.

Expect temperature changes involving outside weather, and the refrigerated and freezer warehouse.
