The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist in managing daily HR operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
o Provide general administrative assistance to the HR Manager.
o Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
o Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as employment contracts,
onboarding materials, and company policies.
Recruitment Support:
o Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling
interviews, and communicating with candidates.
o Help with the onboarding process for new hires by collecting necessary
documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management:
o Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
o Ensure compliance with HR documentation requirements and organize personnel
files.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
o Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accurate timekeeping.
o Support employees with benefits inquiries and assist with enrollment processes.
Employee Relations:
o Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Compliance & Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Assist with preparing reports and audits as required by the HR Manager.
Other Duties:
o Support HR Manager with training and development programs.
o Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs.
o Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
