Description

We understand that unexpected financial hardships occur and pride ourselves in providing members service while discussing potential assistance options. Collection Team Members are responsible for contacting all members with delinquent accounts and initiating the appropriate action to assist the member as well as the department's ongoing effort to manage the asset quality of the organization.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous collections experience preferred but not required
Previous customer service experience
Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Act and other applicable collection laws
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

PC Skills – Inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to effectively handle multiple applications.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
