We are seeking an experienced Executive/HR Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer while also handling assigned tasks in support of the organization’s clients. This position is with a startup company. This Administrative professional will work remotely with occasional local area commuting to client locations, to join its team of Professionals. Successful candidate must be located in the South Florida area.
What you would do:
- Managing the CEO's time including calendar management
- Coordinate and participate in meetings as directed by CEO
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the CEO
- Draft and send client proposals
- Draft presentation materials, prepare meeting notes and documents for the CEO
- Manage internal administrative processes and timelines
Who we’re looking for:
Super flexible and committed Administrative Professional with the following profile:
- At least 5 years of proven experience supporting a C-Suite Executive
- Proficiency in office and CRM software
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
