About the Opportunity:

Relationship Managers at JobTarget are passionate about helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will focus on collaborating with existing clients to help them find, engage and hire the perfect candidate for all positions. Your desire to learn from and connect with others will ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people using the best tools available.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to grow revenue from assigned accounts
  • Work directly with assigned accounts to assess and refine their recruitment advertising strategy
  • Manage the sales renewal process and ensure customers have a positive experience on any transactions
  • Recommend new JobTarget products to customers based on their hiring needs
  • Advise clients on strategy with respect to hard-to-fill positions
  • Manage the day to day tasks required to deliver on our Programmatic product

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years new and existing customer sales or related business experience
  • Must be comfortable selling to existing customers
  • Excellent phone skills; comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
  • Ability to manage a large book of revenue generating accounts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a big plus
