The Amazon Seller Coordinator is responsible management of our Amazon account via Amazon Seller Central. This includes managing inventory, preparing fulfillment orders, responding to Amazon reviews, and preparing reports and forecasts using tools available through Amazon Seller Central. This position also works as part of a larger team in managing and enhancing our direct to consumer webstore.
* Monitor Amazon webstore metrics to proactively recognize trends; prepare weekly Amazon fulfillment orders; coordinate with third-party e-commerce partners
* Develop materials and strategies for the launch of new products on Amazon
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews and comments
* Identify unauthorized sellers and initiate removal actions
* Maintain & monitor webstore for brand & product marketing accuracy, functionality, and user experience
* Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to our e-Commerce website
* Consistently monitor vital brand/sales metrics and analytics to report overall health of the webstore
* Possess professional persona and collaborate well with team members
* Demonstrate exceptional writing ability and effective communication skills
* Perform other duties as assigned

Job Location: Sparks, NV (preferred), remote office arrangement may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
Salary: $45K to $60K, depending on qualifications and experience

This position communicates with the General Manager regarding day to day work activities and issues.
This position works closely and cooperatively with the Marketing Coordinator to develop content, product launch schedules, and develop an overall marketing plan.
* 2 years of experience using Amazon Seller Central
* Experience with Shopify website management
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
