Marketing Operations Specialist
What you’ll do:
You’re going to play a critical role in supporting the demand generation organization, working with team members across the company on a range of global and regional marketing campaigns. Reporting to the VP Demand Generation, you will work closely with the global marketing teams, inside sales and regional sales leaders creating marketing leads that convert into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll be the one responsible for the day-to-day Pardot system maintenance and configuration, as well as acting as the first line of defense for system support; you’ll be managing, executing and tracking email, web marketing campaigns, landing pages and forms to support demand generation. You’ll compile email content, formatting into HTML email templates and optimizing for desktop, tablet and mobile device experiences, creating landing pages and web forms associated with email, web, social media, advertising as well as managing QA for all campaigns, measuring results and driving Best Practices through A/B testing. The list goes on, this is going to be a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and tight-knit marketing team while gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing operations skills to drive business growth. Who you are:
You’re highly proficient in Pardot and Salesforce.com with great experience using HTML and CSS, experience with a CMS such as WordPress, and if you’ve got any graphic design skills that would be a plus, but not required, however, a background working in Enterprise software (B2B) experience is a must! A fast learner with the ability to take a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving, while still being innovative and creative, you’ve got at least 3 years’ experience with process, technology and data, possessing an understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring and nurturing, best practices, and a passion for continuous improvement of marketing program results. It goes without saying that you’ve got strong project management skills, great attention to detail and the flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines, as well as having exceptional analytical skills, experienced with reporting and data analysis.

Ideally at our office in Shelton, CT, but we’ll consider Parsippany, NJ too.
