Clear Immediate Care is a dual-physician owned clinic, striving to provide high quality primary and urgent care to the South Loop and neighboring communities. Our hope is to be an easy place for patients to come to; whether it be for a primary care checkup or an urgent illness. We are hoping to find a candidate who can excel in an urgent care setting, someone who is compassionate, flexible and efficient and available to start immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations, obtain patient medical histories
- Develop and enact treatment plans for a variety of acute care ailments
- Perform procedures as medically indicated (incisions and drainage, splinting, laceration repairs, etc)
- Communicate with the staff to provide close coordination of patient care
- Able to adapt to fluctuating patient volume and acuity
- Analyze existing clinic processes and provides constructive criticism/suggestions on improvement
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with patients, staff and other medical professionals
- Participates in continuing medical education to stay knowledgable about current practices and treatments
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program and licensed by state medical board
- CPR/BLS Certified
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinical setting
- Flexibility in fluctuating patient volume and acuity
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
