Front Office Manager

The Commons Executive Suites, LLC - Greenwood Village, CO

Full-time

Hire responsible for complete management of front desk at well established fully furnished short term rental/suites business. Office hours are M-F 10AM-6PM w/ some on call time required.

Proficient computer skills including basic accounting skills, Word and Excel

Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs and safely walk up 2 flights of steps

Must have own transportation; required

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service w/ guests
  • Meet and check in guests
  • Prepare leases for guests
  • Collect rents from guests
  • Provide management reports on occupancy/revenue
  • Outside sales activity w/ corporate clients in the community
  • Ongoing involvement in company's various marketing efforts
  • Fielding calls and emails from prospective guests and converting to sales

Salary: $15.00 to $15.01 /hour
