The Business Support Consultant 2 will be a part of the Operations Business Administration team within Brokerage Operations. This role will help lead and support the day to day Brokerage Operations priorities and strategies to transform the client and team member experience while providing operational transparency and maximizing business value.
The Business Support Consultant will drive and support a wide variety of cross line of business transformational changes and projects/initiatives impacting Brokerage Operations.
The Brokerage Operations Business Administration Support Consultant will be responsible for the following:
Provide implementation leadership, management, and business analyst support of large, cross team initiatives and base business needs.
Work cross functionally with technology teams to shape and execute user experience plans based on business needs and growth initiatives.
Manage and conduct user research and concept development for the back office user experience
Represent and protect business interest on large cross organization projects and integrations.
Respond to and consult with internal business partners on complex business issues/ data requests
Communicate with business partners, delivering accurate and meaningful results in a timely manner
Support process development and improvement with business partners based on analysis and findings
Influence consistent process and technology solutions
Analyze and report business performance and recommend strategies to implement changes and improvements.
Build and maintain external partnerships across the organization to enhance operational transparency and visibility.
Assist with documentation of policies and procedures for the user research function
Understanding of user analysis and research using proven User-Centered Design techniques (e.g., focus groups, usability testing, in-depth interviews, card sorting, surveys, etc.)
4+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
