Based on the Treasure Coast of Florida, we are a provider of onshore and offshore safety solutions, including Man Overboard alerts and retrieval nets. Our muster solution is premise based and is used to track personnel on rigs and provide situational awareness to management. This original solution, installed per site survey, has expanded to include a cloud based SAAS offering, creating the need for cloud support personnel.

Who you are:
A highly technical candidate with the programming experience to perform the below duties. You should have strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask the requirements of multiple customers at once while presenting professionally and troubleshooting technical issues. Largely self-starting with the ability to follow through and manage tasks in a timely manner. Being solution oriented and able to adapt and learn quickly is a must. Some travel on relatively short notice will be part of your duties. A valid passport is required.
