We are seeking talented individuals to join our energetic, compassionate team of behavioral health professionals in providing clinical excellence to our patients as they strive to meet their treatment goals and work towards an improved quality of life. We are currently considering candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Reporting to the Vice President of Western Region Operations, the CEO is responsible for the ethical, strategic, and profitable management and organization of the facility, monitors and manages overall company performance, performs comprehensive marketing activities, provides liaison support between the Consulting Board of Directors, the Medical Staff and the various departments, develops business plans responsive to corporate-wide financial and business goals and objectives and local market demands, and ensures that financial and quality performance goals and objectives are met for the company.
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related professional field. Suitable experience may be substituted for a professional degree at the discretion of the Consulting Board of Directors.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in telemedicine or related professional field.
Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of Joint Commission regulations and state and federal regulatory standards.
