The Deduction Analyst provides supervision on all divisional deduction resolution in the US FSC. Oversees the process surrounding deduction validations and dispute resolutions.
Ensures all KPI’s targets are met.
All deductions and disputes to be resolved in accordance with SLAs
Works cross functionally to solve problems and contribute to month end closing procedures.
Work with customers to ensure invalid deductions are repaid or further justified.
Provides training to outsourced associates and maintains training documentation.
Assist in implementation of new technology and plays an active role in associated projects.
Ensures all accounting policies and procedures are adhered to, including internal and external auditors and NFCM controls.
Super user for SAP/RM – 1st level support for training and productivity tools within SAP.
Perform special projects as assigned.

University Degree (Bachelor’s) ideally in accounting or business related field or equivalent relevant experience
4+ years prior experience in a high volume customer environment required.
Experience with Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Product companies a plus.
Complete understanding of accounting principles, concepts and practices as they apply to deductions.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with SAP and associated tools is advantageous
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
