Lead the Latinas Leading Tomorrow (LLT) organization in transforming the landscape of empowering young Latinas into leadership roles. This includes motivating them to pursue rigorous high school courses, providing access to STEM opportunities, and guiding them toward quality post-secondary education.
LLT seeks a dynamic professional with experience in leading non-profit organizations. We also welcome candidates currently studying nonprofit management. An ideal candidate is someone seeking Executive Director experience, even with limited years in the field.
LLT is transitioning from a fully volunteer-driven organization to hiring a paid Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity for someone dedicated to fostering leadership opportunities for young Latinas while growing a dynamic organization and expanding opportunities for its participants.
The Executive Board of Directors will collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising efforts and approve an annual salary of $60,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience and the success of fundraising efforts. This will be a 1099 contracted position. Interested candidates should submit a professional resume and complete the application to learn more about the role's parameters, qualifications, and requirements.
