As a Customer Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to be the primary point of contact for our customers and other company team members to help us deliver the quality experience and product we strive for.
Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers, clients, and fellow customer service and sales team members
- Coordinate customer service dates and accurately fulfill customer information into the order system
- Attend seminars and classes as necessary to learn new sales skills, increase culvert and related products knowledge
- Make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a sales goal quickly and efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and boost sales margins
- Works closely with the Customer Support Associates, Sales team, and other internal departments to ensure product orders and services meet customer specifications
- Achieve quality assurance, productivity, and sales target goals set forth by the management team
Customer Support Associate Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate high levels of organization and reliability
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize a shifting workload
- Forward-thinker, innovative, and passionate about helping people
- Self-motivated, proactive, and has a high sense of urgency
- High school diploma or GED
- Representative’s Degree in Business and/or related field
- Minimum of one to two years in a customer service representative or sales associate role

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
