```Duties```
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy of stock records
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
- Utilize data mining and analytics to identify trends and patterns in inventory management
- Purchase materials and negotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize costs
- Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the efficiency of inventory management processes
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize inventory flow

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and software
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices
- Familiarity with financial analysis techniques for inventory optimization
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
