TMR Inc seeks a Senior level Audio Visual Technicaian to support our client located in Washington DC. This Candidate shall have senior level knowledge of audiovisual software commonly used in a professional environment.
Access and operate unclassified, secret classified, and Top Secret SCI classified audiovisual systems.
Have access to unclassified, secret classified, and top secret SCI classified systems and information required for the performance of duties.
Shall have access to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) space as required for the performance of duties.
Set up, test, and calibrate equipment and devices as required to produce a fully-functional AV system. This includes video displays, display systems, screens, cameras, switchers, scalers, processors, transmitters, receivers, interfaces, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, controls, and other active and passive devices.
Support end users during presentations as needed.
Schedule VTC sessions with local and remote site users.
Work incidents from the work ticket queue and use established work ticketing system for receiving, tracking and closing support requests.
Use the Conference Room Scheduling System (CRSS) to monitor daily videoconferencing support schedules and last-minute requests.
Recommend and design upgrades to A / V and related systems.
Participate in departmental cross-training efforts as both instructor and trainee.
Manage special projects as required and assist with other duties as assigned.
Document project and / or assignment daily status in the work tracking database.
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience providing A / V services, or have ten (10) years of experience providing A / V services.
Have at least one (1) video processing platform certification (e.g. Activu, Jupiter, Christie).
At least one (1) control system platform certification (e.g. AMX, Crestron, Extron).
Have an InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.
