The McKenna Group is seeking individuals to provide our guests a “world class” guest service experience in a modern, online sales environment. We provide an exciting training regimen that helps gain knowledge and know everything there is to know about the brand.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Prompt, accurate and friendly guest online experience. Here is the key performance matrix expected
Be 100% truthful and honest with every guest interactions. Build a McKenna fans for life
Maintain a personal unadjusted CSI score above local market average
Maintain and build a minimum of 3 top tier positive online social media score. 5 Star Yelp, Dealer Rater, Google+ or Facebook review scores from guests per month.
Personally answer 80% of our guests online inquires (leads) within 15 minutes.
Drive Appointments. 30% Good Sales Leads to Appointment Show Ratio
Drive Sales. 15% Good Sales Leads to Sale Ratio
Providing extensive product information throughout the sales process, including vehicle configuration, virtual product presentation and guest satisfaction post purchase.
Engaging clients virtually. Provide a guest oriented product experience which demonstrates complex features based on the clients’ needs/wants feedback
Utilize app and web based systems to help facilitate the sales process to help “wow” a guest’s experience
Ensure that all vehicle deliveries are properly carried out by one of our excellently trained.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrates passion about the McKenna and Audi Brand
Education / Certification Requirements:
College Education Preferred
Valid Driver’s License Required
Valid California Sales License
1 year in an upscale, retail or customer-centric environment preferred
Hospitality, technical customer support and/or consumer electronic experience is a plus
