Flip N Grill is expanding throughout Northeast Ohio and this is your opportunity to become a part of this growing team. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Catering Coordinator for our Northeast locations to help build community ties and involvement, increase catering sales, and work with the local franchisee to achieve local store and corporate goals.

  • Responsible for the coordination of the preparation and procurement of advertising materials required for sales building, advertising, and promotion of company products;
  • Coordinate in-store marketing events;
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Compile, track results and produce reports for marketing programs;
  • Ensure all corporate marketing procedures and practices are undertaken at store level;
  • Track, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials, photo work, artwork, film, and maintains marketing literature, archive files, and sample files;
  • Maintain LSM calendar and coordinate with store managers to ensure events are staffed appropriately,
  • Responsible for becoming familiar with all in-store operations.

What to expect

Commission:

As you can see this job is not a salary based job, but you will get the following

- 10% for every first order and then you receive a set of commission table set explained below for every ongoing operation you manage through out every year.

- Annual paid vacations for 2 weeks

- Bouns Checks quarterly equals to 15% of your target.

How you can do that?

If you hit your lowest target, which is continuous and returning 240 Clients per year.

That can happen by striking an ongoing deal with 1 - 5 organization in the whole year!!

The minimum

$52,650.00 is your Annual income.

How you can do that?

If you hit your lowest target, which is continuous and returning 300 Clients per year.

That can happen by striking an ongoing deal with 5 - 9 organization in the whole year!!

The Average

$120,000 Annual income.

How you can do that?

If you hit your lowest target, which is continuous and returning 600 Clients per year.

That can happen by striking an ongoing deal with 10 - 16 organization in the whole year!!

The Standard

$189,000 Annual income.

How you can do that?

If you hit your lowest target, which iscontinuous and returning 900 Clients per year.

That can happen by striking an ongoing deal with 20 - 30 organization in the whole year!!

The Premier

$189,000 Annual income.

How you can do that?

If you hit your lowest target, which iscontinuous and returning 1200 Clients per year.

That can happen by striking an ongoing deal with 20 - 30 organization in the whole year!!

Work Location:

This is a non-desk related job you can work from anywhere, however, you have to be on-site to ensure the quality of meals been prepared for catering, follow up with drivers on delivery times and meeting deadlines.

Working Hours:

Your Hours are orders & operations related hours mostly : ) more free time, you can enjoy and relax by the beahcs of Hawai : )
