What You'll Get To Do:
CACI’s Business and Technology Solutions Sector is seeking a System Integrator to perform Lotus Notes and Domino systems and server administration, operations, and maintenance support of a large enterprise, 24x7 server infrastructure.
You Will Bring The Following Qualifications:
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Performing restoration of user data via backups at the customer’s request or due to a catastrophic failure
Creating and verifying backups of data
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with IT infrastructure
Resolving incidents created by monitoring tools
Providing daily shift reports documenting events
Functioning as a Tier 3 technician when help desk and/or Tier 2 cannot resolve an issue that requires escalation
Providing technical support for both, hardware and software issues users encounter
Managing the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Responding to and resolving help desk requests
Upgrading systems and processes, as required for enhanced functionality and issue resolution
Auditing application logs and addressing issues that are discovered
Education & Experience Requirements:
Candidate must have one of the following:
10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
18 Years of job related experience and Associate’s degree
4-7 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
3 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
2 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

Domino and Lotus Notes
MS Active Directory
MS Server 2008/2012/2016
CITRIX Presentation Server and the ZEN Virtual Application Suite
Microsoft Windows Server Administration is recommended
8 hour shifts M-F, Rotation of Holidays 06:00AM - 18:30PM, Requirement
