Description
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with strong leadership and presentation skills. In this role, you will be training and coaching our company’s next generation of sales and recruiting professionals. This role provides a great introduction to a clearly defined leadership track.

Working alongside new inside sales & recruiting representatives during your first 90 days, you will learn from our award-winning, structured training and career path programs. While in training mode, you will gain a full understanding of our company, services, and methodology, as well as industry insights needed for success. This introduction ensures a quick ramp up time when you are ready to move forward and manage / coach direct reports.

Requirements
Managed direct reports and responsible their performance for 1-2 years
Worked successfully as a sales representative for at least 1 year
Associates or bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of combined sales, recruiting, and/or telemarketing experience a plus
Great presentation skills required
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously required
