Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Lead, Pickline Replenisher will coordinate the daily activities of the pickline replenishment process to ensure sufficient stock levels exist for all items sold on the Pickline. This position will also ensure staff adheres to all procedures in accordance with inventory accuracy guidelines.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Coordinate, monitor and delegate all pickline replenishment floor related activities within Memphis Distribution Center (MEDC).

Ensure Replenishers and Forklift Operators are managing their daily assignment efficiently.

Ensure all items which appear on the daily min-max planning report are transferred to the Pickline by Replenishers accurately and in a timely manner and that all product received from Returns and back-to-stock items are put away in their proper pick locations.

Responsible for checking that all pick locations have accurate barcode labels, re-profiling of items are completed as required, and all transactions are properly transferred within Oracle. Report any discrepancies to the Inventory Control Coordinator, Supervisor/Manager.

Create staff schedule to ensure daily replenishment demands are met. Inform manager of any staff shortages, changes to staffing schedule or challenges within the department.

Accurately record products transferred within the warehouse and provide real-time updates to the inventory management system with the use of the radio frequency bar coding system. If system is unavailable, accurately record products transferred on a Move Ticket and immediately perform sub-inventory transfer transactions using the desktop to update the inventory management system.

Assist with accurately pulling products for Pickline Bulk Distributor orders and Sales Center/QRC re-supply orders as required.

Assist with accurately transferring products that require disposal.

Utilize care and wear proper safety gear when cutting open product cases and ensure staff does as well.

Operate forklift, pallet jack (motorized equipment) in a safe and appropriate manner to assure no damage occurs to the products, pallets racks, trucks, and other equipment within the warehouse while transferring and storing products.

Perform other functions and duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Experience:
-
4 years’ experience in warehousing with extensive knowledge of warehousing operations as it relates to Inventory control functions.

Familiarity with Radio Frequency Bar Coding Systems

Knowledge and experience with Inventory Management Systems

Forklift operator experience
Education:
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Forklift certification
