We don't believe in a desk sales manager, we want a motivated training sales leader that likes to get into the field and drive excellence within the team. If you don't like selling while you are managing and mentoring your team this position may not be for you. We do insurance restoration and retail roofing sales. The right candidate will also be allowed to drive opportunities with our Commercial Roofing Division. This Sales Manager professional will function as the leader and part of our Residential Roofing Team, which focuses on bringing our products and services to the residential sector. Successful candidates will train and support our Residential Roofing team to market to residential homeowners every day through neighborhood outreach activities, networking, referrals, and running company assigned leads.
Candidates must have proven success in meeting and exceeding goals and have sold roofing for a minimum of one year with three years of any sales management experience. You must have the desire to understand our process and be able to explain that process from identification of an opportunity through close of opportunity. We drive a company culture of excellence and pay manager overrides on all your team members that meet our minimum monthly goals.
Minimum 2-3 years roofing sales management experience is a must, you need to understand our industry and how to manage and train reps in the field.
