Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, store management, and inventory control. If you are a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Assist in budgeting, payroll, and other financial tasks
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales and store management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Proficiency in cash handling and financial tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with negotiating and sales management techniques
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.10 - $20.11 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
