Perfect Store is a retail execution strategy team focused on Owning the Moment of Choice. The Moment of Choice is our last opportunity to win over the shopper, and includes the retail shelf set, perimeter displays, and cold vault space. In addition, the Perfect Store team develops innovative merchandising solutions and leads execution insights to drive flawless and local execution.

Orlando preferred; some location flexibility will be considered within the South Division geography (e.g., Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, Nashville, Washington DC, Baltimore)

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate topline growth aligned with our AOP targets through space and execution initiatives in the South Division.
Support development of strategy and frameworks to support best in class execution
Drive analytics to develop Division’s merchandising standards by channel, and set guardrails for planogram development
Support space planning strategy in large and small format channels to ensure optimized space, tailored by market/cluster/”Neighborhoods of America” tied to overall South Division strategy
Support beverage optimization analytics and insights for Small Format
Partner with Sr Manager, Perfect Store and Commercial Planning Sales Strategy team to develop AOP initiatives
Create monthly LF, SF, FS Execution Framework priorities in collaboration with Channel leads and Commercial team (LRB Share/Big Bets/Innovation/Void Reports)
Customize period priority calendar and map based on sector priorities
Support workstreams underlying LF and SF Store of the Future design, in collaboration with Sector team

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
6 years of category management, sales and/or marketing experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics:
Robust experience in analyzing and interpreting data to develop action-oriented strategies
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan, problem-solving capabilities
Experience with IRI/Nielsen scan data and internal databases (ERT, Horizon). Ability to navigate data systems fluently
Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
Proactive, collaborative, results-oriented leader
Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously
