This position functions as a key contributor inside the Reporting and Analytics team to create robust data solutions which meet the business needs of the organization. This position will communicate with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts from TCB’s Business Units, and counterparts in IT to complete system requirements, technical specifications and process documentation for assigned projects. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the scope of the business problems presented and helps identify viable technical solutions.
Develop innovative solutions to drive and improve business processes.
Develop machine learning solutions and serve results via continuous or batch data methods.
Interpret data to identify trends to go across future data sets.
Effectively communicate results to non-technical stake-holders.
Review business strategies to ensure alignment across initiatives.
Ensure business needs are being met across multiple complex initiatives.
Work with the business to translate their needs into technical requirements.
Implement data modeling and storage solutions.
Provide guidance to cross-functional leadership regarding data modeling possibilities.
0-4 years of experience solving technical, analytical problems.
Strong drive for self-learning and problem solving.
Experience in data mining, modeling, validation, and insight generation.
Experience in coding languages, including Python and SQL.
ETL and database design and implementation experience.
Experience with the end-to-end machine learning development lifecycle preferred
Experience with data visualization concepts and tools (Power BI preferred).
Cloud environment familiarity and experience preferred.
