This Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to two Vice Presidents in Marketing and their teams. This person must have strong organizational skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and will have the ability to make an impact in many ways. You will be an integral part of the team and will be relied upon heavily for your support and insight in the day-to-day work. This team is very fast-paced, but believes in having fun!

Job Overview

This is a highly visible position with frequent exposure to senior leadership. This person must have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The successful candidate must also be proactive and able to anticipate priorities to ensure the leader is prepared for meetings and/or activities.

Collaborate, share and model best practices and efficiencies with the Executive Assistant team to foster and build inclusive relationships within the team
Manage calendar, email and correspondence, while proactively anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel (when necessary); prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission and accurate completion
Exhibit strong problem-solving and project management skills to relieve executives of complex details
Maintain confidential records, files and reports
Lead role in planning, coordinating department meetings and/or events
Prepare correspondence, presentations, documents, as needed
Minimum Requirements

5 or more years of administrative experience, or any equivalent combination of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
1 or more years directly supporting a senior leader/executive
Advanced MS Office
Advanced PowerPoint
Strong project coordination abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Preferred

Experience using expense reporting software, Oracle preferred
