Role / Title:
We are looking for someone who loves data – a person who can manipulate, organize, analyze, and ultimately make recommendations to drive successful business decisions for our Global Commodity Risk Management team which is responsible for hundreds of millions USD global spend from our Big 4 Commodities. The individual should drive and challenge the team to reach the Global and Zone targets and provide solid advice on all related markets and supply issues to senior leadership.
Key Components of the role:
Heavy multi-source data analysis
Collaboration with Commodity Risk Managers in developing risk management strategies aimed at enabling brand growth and profitability
Support department-wide initiatives such as the development of price/cost models with integrated suppliers
Participates in the stakeholders’ alignment meetings to understand commodity positions, future market outlook and hedging strategies.
Utilize Zero Based Budgeting to justify cost and operate in a lean manner to maximize operating efficiency and speed of execution.
Ensure full compliance with Kraft Heinz policies, guidelines and procedures such as: Global Commodity Risk Management and Hedging Policy, Procurement Policy, Conduct Policy
Other projects and duties requested by Kraft Heinz Management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or other Business-related field
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with a large multi-national company, preferably in FMCG industry
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other data management software
Ability to simplify large amounts of data from multiple sources into key takeaways and recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
