The Digital team is responsible for growing the ProSight Direct business and developing online and mobile solutions for ProSight’s customers, agents and employees using cutting-edge technologies and engaging interfaces. Our ideal candidate is a stellar marketing visual/graphic designer that is self-driven, collaborative, a great communicator and has hands-on experience creating marketing assets for websites, landing pages, social media channels, banner ads, and can create illustrations and icons. This role reports into our Digital Marketing Director but the candidate will also partner closely with our UX team for brand consistency and visual tone.

Responsibilities

Support Digital Marketing for all visual assets (banners, social media postings, collecting imagery, illustrations, icons, and infographics)

Support UX with visual assets as needed for the marketing websites

Work collaboratively with Corporate Marketing and UX for brand consistency, visuals, and tone

Create assets for A/B testing

Use data to inspire design

Own the quality and deliverables for multiple marketing campaigns

Create design assets from concept to completion - combining typography, iconography, color, space, imagery, texture, and animation

Produce high quality work that is consistent and maintains ProSight’s visual standards

Create content on social media platforms

Impart your visual expertise while championing UX, UCD, and usability principles

Work effectively with team members and cross functional teams to accomplish individual, team and organization goals

Stay up to date with technology, tools, marketing & design trends, marketing strategies, and industry best practices to help evolve the brand

Qualifications

Preferred 2+ years of experience of visual/graphic design, working with large-scale and complex marketing campaigns or has experience in a start-up or agency environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills

Solid understanding and knowledge of the current design best practices, trends and technologies

Experience with how designs will be executed at various resolutions and different form factors

Competency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

Experience in Zeplin and InVision preferred

Motivated to create meaningful and engaging graphics for users

Customer-centric, willingness to deep dive to understand customer needs and business drivers

Have a voice to communicate effectively with people who may not speak your “language” as a designer
