As a key member of our Outside Sales team, you are critical in helping us achieve our vision for the future. Together with the rest of our stellar sales team, you will deliver on our passion for customer obsession, profitable growth, and being the trusted Partner for fulfilling all of our customers’ electrical solutions and product needs.

As a member of our Outside Sales team, you report to and work closely with the Director of Sales to grow sales in the market, and support the overall sales strategy by focusing on opportunities where we have a clear track record of success and competitive advantage. This full-time position is based in Northern California.

Your key performance objectives are:

  • Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit 85%. Meet and/or exceed all revenue and GP targets in assigned territory. Utilize tools, prepare, communicate, and achieve monthly sales plans and gross profit forecast
  • Sales and project pipeline management 10%. Monitor, track, and manage current and upcoming business; identify where customers are in the sales process and strategize to close open sales opportunities
  • Accounts receivables 5%. Assist in enforcing claim for payment for supplied goods and/or rendered services by communicating and assisting in the collection of delinquent customer payments

As a member of our Outside Sales Team, you will utilize the following critical knowledge, skills, and abilities, necessary for your success:

- Professional written and verbal communication and skilled ability to uncover opportunities and provide unique solutions
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Best in class organizational and time management
- Fluency in English
- Self-starter, work independently, and able to stay on task without direct supervision

Prior experience in the electrical industry is a plus but not a requirement. We will train the right candidate and set you up for success.
