Our New York Broker Dealer client seeks a highly motivated Financial Industry professional who has worked at a Broker Dealer for a minimum of 3 years and has significant experience in growing out and managing new business lines in various asset classes including but not limited to Equities, Options, Futures & Fixed Income. This is "NOT" a technical role.

Participate in creation of new revenue streams through various asset trading including but not limited to equities, fixed income, futures, options and swaps.

Define the Product Discovery and Product Delivery roadmaps, ensuring they are in alignment with firm strategy and market leadership objectives.

Create revenue across various asset classes by creating new impactful products and services.

Support development and product teams with new product launches and ongoing development efforts.

Create roadmap for how and when each new product will be developed and then implemented.

Create individual project plans for each new product line.
Key Activities:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle for each new product line, from ideation to execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes for each new product line.

Strategically steer the long-term direction of all firm product lines, crafting a roadmap that deeply resonates with customer needs.

Clearly define and communicate any obstacles throughout the developmental lifecycle.

Collaborate with fellow product team members to manage, streamline, and optimize the integration.

Assist in selecting staff and lead a best-in-class team of product managers in the successful execution of the strategic roadmap.

Develops strong cross-functional relationships (with technology, customer experience design, marketing, sales, etc.) to deliver high-value, innovative experiences to firm.

Drives strategic projects outside their specific area of product ownership that will help shape long-term business strategy.
