About the position
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist with managing mid-sized to large multifamily projects (upwards of $50M+) and be involved from cradle to grave. You must be able to handle relationships with owners, engineers, and architects as well as the project team including: Project Admins, Superintendents and Senior Project Management as well as other company staff. This is a a results-oriented role with the expectation that you can develop into a project manager. As assistant project manager you will have the opportunity to work remotely, but must visit the job site once every two to three weeks.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in commercial construction with experience on $10M+ projects ($50M+ projects is ideal)
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to commute to job site when needed
- BS in Construction Management or related field (strongly preferred)
- Estimating or field experience is a plus
