Job Summary

SRE is an established real estate brokerage with over 30 years as the #1 brokerage in Sandestin. In the past five years we have grown our business beyond the resort to encompass the area between the Marler (Destin) Bridge and Point Washington, FL and have achieved a top 5 office ranking for this area as well. Our agents boast some of the greatest successes and longevity in real estate in our area.

We are looking for an experienced real estate professional with an established book of business and a strong history of sales to join our team of professionals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Personal and Company Marketing

We have a full-time director of marketing who produces and provides the following marketing material for our agents to utilize in developing their individual books of business:

Bi-weekly and special event HTML newsletter templates for individual agent customization.
Postcards, flyers, brochures and listing presentations customized to agent.
Custom Signage as needed by agent for specialty listings.
Email templates, banners and headers customized to the agent.
Comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the agent’s individual needs.
Ads designed and delivered print-ready for agent-secured publications.
Brochures designed for your premium listings, delivered in a digital flip-book and print-ready.
State-of-the-art, lead producing brokerage website with full agent bio and direct contact.
Assistance in producing a personalized website for agent.
Creation of stunning virtual tours for every listing.
Agent’s listings posted on brokerage social media platforms.
Brokerage pays for professional photography of all qualifying listings.
Provide agent with an email marketing account (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, BombBomb)
Provide agent with a CRM to manage clients, communications and marketing.
Brokerage sponsored community events open to agents to participate in.
Produce a 100 page, full color professional magazine showcasing agent and agent’s listings, three times per year.
Detailed analytics of website, virtual tours, social media and lead generation to keep agent informed.
Real Estate App with direct agent contact.
Analyze market demographics to look for new niches and identify target markets for agent focus.
Track and evaluate targeted marketing efforts to direct agent on where to best allocated marketing time, efforts and dollars.

Agent’s marketing responsibilities include:
Follow up on all leads procured through the efforts of the marketing team in a timely and consistent manner, within 24 hours at the latest, and document contact and response in company provided CRM.
Submit all listings to brokerage for activation in MLS within 24 hours of signed listing agreement. Maintain MLS listings throughout the listing contract to ensure accuracy and adherence to MLS guidelines.
Review and proofread all marketing publications for corrections and make changes as needed.
Organize and send Just Sold and Just Listed cards for listings to increase personal marketing exposure of property and agent.
Obtain feedback from all showings and forward to seller. Ensure good communication with listing clients
Assemble pre-listing and listing packets using company provided templates.
Daily Operational Procedures

Maintain brokerage assigned inventory of signs and lock-boxes for all listings (including final pick up).
Accuracy and adherence to legal and Brokerage guidelines in the creation of all contracts: both sales and listings.
Submission of all contracts through Brokerage transaction management software.
Submission of all listings following Brokerage policy and procedure.
Submission of all new leads using customer contact form within 24 hours of initial contact and adherence to Brokerage policies regarding existing leads in the company database.
Timely scheduling and completion of all tasks relating to real estate closings not to exclude post-closing follow through and ongoing relationship maintenance.
Full ethical and legal compliance in all dealings with our customers, clients, and fellow employees
Adherence to the office rotation schedule and policies regarding time away from the office.
Ongoing and active use of company CRM to maintain relational records of our clients and customers. All customer contact information is updated in the CRM at the time of receipt. All communications recorded for future reference.
Twice-monthly Attendance is required for all brokerage sales meetings.
Participation in Brokerage property previews is required as a service to our clients, your fellow agents, and the company as a whole.
Licensure and Education

Aside from the state and national licensing education requirements, SRE Realtors are expected to be fully knowledgeable and educated representatives of their profession. Ongoing self-learning regarding real estate laws and policies is a requirement of each of our licensees.
Maintain a valid and current Florida real estate license without interruption.
Fulfillment of all bi-annual and quadrennial education requirements and payment of associated licensing fees.
Payment of annual Emerald Coast Association of Realtor membership dues
Company Volunteer Efforts

Brokerage goodwill events and charity events raise the agents’ and brokerage’s profile in the community as well as build a strong team. Volunteering also demonstrates the agent's commitment to the community and may put the agent in touch with potential clients and business contacts.

Participation in any mandatory brokerage events to recognize our clients and customers.
Volunteering for participation as able for company sponsored events for charitable and/or community building events.
Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

High School diploma or its equivalent is required. College education in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Communication Arts is preferred. The individual must have at least five years’ experience in any combination of media buying, public relations, marketing and/or database marketing. Must use proper phone etiquette and have intermediate to advanced computer skills. Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Availability

Sandestin Investments, LLC. is open and operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Employees are required to be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

License Requirements

Valid driver’s license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.

Rules and Regulations

All employees must adhere to all safety rules and regulations required by local, State and Federal authorities, wear the appropriate personal protective equipment necessary to perform the job in a safe manner and will follow all safety rules per the Company’s Safety Policy.
