Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform duties for the Vice President while accomplishing other assigned functions on a generally independent and unsupervised basis.
Supports the Vice President and his/her direct reports, including but not limited to the coordination of schedule/appointment calendar, international travel arrangements, purchase order and expense submission, meeting arrangements, general correspondence and reports, and processes invoices.
Assists at and set-ups meetings which may include taking notes, arranging conference calls, preparation of materials, room reservations, set-up of computer.
Coordinates with Vice President’s direct reports to ensure agendas and materials are prepared well in advance of deadlines.
Maintain action register for actions assigned and meet target dates committed.
Responsible for processing all expense reports within the Motorola Solutions Guidelines.
MUST be proficient with all of G-Suite (drive, calendar, hangouts, sheets, doc, etc.).
Associates degree or Executive assistant certification
Able to use a computer and familiar with common computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet browsers
Able to work as a member of a team which includes individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences
Good verbal and written communications skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Strong ability to multi-task
Good organizational skills
